If you’re a student at Westfield State University and would like to park your car in our lot, we have a limited number of spaces available.  You would be given a decal for your car and be assigned a numbered space in our lot. Please carefully read and sign the Parking Policy below to understand your agreement with us.  In addition to that and the application form, you must also provide a copy of your license and registration, along with proof of payment. Those can be mailed to WSU Parking, Second Congregational Church, PO Box 814, Westfield MA 01086, or emailed to officesecondchurch@gmail.com.  If you're paying by check, make it out to Second Congregational Church and either mail it or hand-deliver it to the church.  If mailing your application, please enclose an SASE for your sticker.  To pay online, click the button below.  Choose $150 if you want to pay for a single semester or $275 to pay for a full school year.  If you would like the “Early Bird” discount ($125 or $240), pay by check before June 30.
